What will happen when humans are no longer the smartest beings on the planet?

Jeanette Winterson’s new novel, Frankissstein, explores this future, following an eclectic cast of characters that includes a transgender doctor in love, a celebrated professor leading the public debate around AI, a divorcee launching a new line of sex dolls, and a cryogenics facility housing dozens of dead bodies waiting to return to life.

One of the funniest, most engaging and enjoyable speakers there is, Winterson will discuss her hilarious and clear-sighted novel that shows that our species—even in decline—can never resist a good love story.
