Join Poppy Jaman, an internationally respected mental health advocate and CEO of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, for a workshop that could one day save a life.

Poppy will explain why the presence of Mental Health First Aiders is crucial to transforming workplace culture; after all, employees are key to the functioning of a business and ensuring the physical and mental well-being is critical to a happy and productive workforce.

This workshop will give your senior staff members the tools they need to spot early signs of mental illness, both in themselves and those around them, and demonstrate the best way to go about providing the necessary help and support.

Mental health affects us all at some point in our lives and having the knowledge to support a colleague who may be experiencing poor mental health can make all of the difference.
