Join Poppy Jaman, an internationally respected mental health advocate and CEO of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, for a workshop that could one day save a life.

We go through many life changes and transitions during our childhood and teenage years, with exam pressures, online bullying and the changing nature of friendship being just some of the issues faced by young people today.

With one in 10 young people experiencing mental health issues and the current stigmatisation surrounding mental health, many young people are reluctant to talk about their problems.

This workshop is for parents, carers, educators and anybody who works with young people and is designed to provide practical advice on how to recognise, care for and support young people dealing with mental illness.
