Laura Justice

Laura Justice took over Rhythm Time Yorkshire North West five years ago after attending classes with her twins. Laura graduated from the Royal College of Music in 2002 and worked as a professional recorder player for around 15 years, performing with chamber groups Fleuri and Emerald Baroque, freelance orchestral work with various orchestras including The Philharmonia, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, English National Opera and Opera North. As well as performance work she taught recorder to all ages from 4 to 84 in schools around the Halifax and Skipton areas and residential courses for Kent Music at Benenden School and Recorder Summer School. She was also a former editor of The Recorder Magazine! Laura now works full time with her team of amazing teachers keeping around 450 babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers busy music-making in over 50 Rhythm Time classes running across the Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale, Craven and Harrogate areas every week!
