Katya Des-Etages

Katya Des-Etages is a Research Executive at Channel 4, she has worked across research which measured the audience and industry level impact of Black To Front as well as working on Channel 4’s award winning research Mirror On The Industry, a deep dive into the levels of representation of minority groups in TV advertising and the steps that can be taken to improve representation and portrayal. Katya has an academic background in Psychology and Anthropology, where she developed her passion for understanding the role media can play in shaping public perceptions of minority groups.
