Neil Horsley

Neil Horsley is the creator and author of Mills Transformed , a project documenting the restoration of over 30 disused textile mills across the North of England. Over the past four years, he has captured the stories and people behind these regeneration projects through interviews and photography. Neil has over 40 years’ experience in urban regeneration and planning. He is also a keen photographer, a member of Bingley Camera Club, and lives in Wilsden.
