Dr Anna Sulan Masing is an academic, poet and journalist exploring food, culture and identity. Masing co-founded the research platform SOURCED and is co-founder and editor-in-chief of Cheese magazine. Masing’s podcasts include Taste of Place, examining pepper, colonialism and nostalgia, and To Be Delicious, exploring MSG, diaspora and racism in Britain.
