This role will provide proactive, high-level executive support to the CEO and Artistic Director, enabling effective leadership across artistic, organisational, fundraising and partnership priorities. The role requires excellent judgement, discretion and organisational ability, alongside the confidence to anticipate needs, manage competing demands and take ownership of executive support processes.

The postholder will manage the CEO’s diary, correspondence and preparation; coordinate Board and senior leadership meetings; oversee the follow-through of key commitments; and support relationships with trustees, funders, partners and other stakeholders. They will ensure that the CEO’s time is used effectively and that important engagements, decisions and actions are properly prepared and progressed.

The Development & Insight Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the organisation’s fundraising, grant management, evaluation and impact reporting activities. The postholder will manage funding applications and reporting requirements, coordinate the collection and analysis of evidence, and ensure that accurate and reliable information is available to demonstrate the organisation’s achievements and inform future planning.

Working closely with the Head of Development & Insight, the postholder will take ownership of their areas of responsibility, independently managing processes, deadlines and the quality of their work, while supporting the delivery of the organisation’s wider development priorities.
