Al Tait
Al Tait is a British baker and former teacher who co-founded The Orange Bakery in Watlington, Oxfordshire, alongside his daughter, Kitty Tait. What began as a therapeutic project to help Kitty’s mental health blossomed into a flourishing artisan bakery famous for its queues and inventive sourdoughs.
