Arvind Ethan David

Arvind Ethan David is an Olivier-nominated playwright, novelist, producer and screenwriter. His debut prose novel, The Great Game, was published by Thomas & Mercer in July 2026. His writing includes seven graphic novels, among them the official adaptation of Raymond Chandler’s Trouble Is My Business and the Bram Stoker Award-nominated Darkness Visible. In theatre, he created adaptations of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency, and The Boy With Wings, which received an Olivier Award nomination. His producing credits include Jagged Little Pill, Anansi Boys, and The Garden of Evening Mists.
