Čilagos

Taking their name from the Romani word for cloud, Čilagos is a multi-generational family ensemble known for their soulful and deeply rooted approach to traditional Roma music. Based in the Czech Republic, they’ve performed across Europe and the US, including for international dignitaries, and bring a rare depth of lived experience to their sound. The members of Čilagos include not only musicians, but also educators, social workers, activists and cultural leaders, making their performances as rich in perspective as they are in musical tradition.
