Prue Leith
Dame Prue Leith is one of Britain’s best-loved culinary voices, renowned as a restaurateur, cookery writer, novelist and broadcaster. She made her name with her Michelin-starred restaurant Leith’s and Leith’s School of Food and Wine, and has since written sixteen cookery books, eight novels and a memoir. A familiar face on screen, Prue judged Great British Menu for 11 years, appeared on The Great British Bake Off, and continues to judge The Great American Baking Show. Ever adventurous, she currently fronts ITV1’s Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen, has appeared on The Masked Singer as Pegasus, and has walked at London Fashion Week for Vin and Omi.
