Radhika Howarth is a culinary storyteller and author whose debut cookbook, Flavours Without Borders, celebrates how food bridges cultures and tells personal stories. Based in London, she shares cross-cultural recipes through her platform Radikal Kitchen and her column for I-Global News. With a Master’s in Food and Nutrition, she brings warmth and expertise to live demos, cookery schools, and international festivals. Her screen work includes The World Cook (Amazon Prime) and Channel 4’s Double the Money. Radhika shows how food becomes a language of belonging—one plate, one story at a time.
