CEO and Artistic Director, Syima Aslam is the founder and Director of the Bradford Literature Festival (BLF), which she established in 2014. A 10-day literary and cultural celebration, BLF welcomes more than 150,000 visitors to Bradford annually and is celebrated as the most socio-economically and ethnically diverse literary festival in the UK.

Bill set up Reel Solutions in 2006 and is a board member and Finance Director at Manchester Animation Festival. Formerly Creative Director at Showroom Cinema, and Head of Film at the National Museum of Photography, Film & Television, he was key to creating Bradford: City of Film, achieving the UNESCO designation in 2009. He has served on the boards of Creative England, Screen Yorkshire and the Media Centre, Huddersfield.
