Step-free access is available via the Box Office Entrance, leading to the Stalls/Foyer Bar. A lift serves all floors, with accessible toilets on every level. The ground floor has three accessible toilets and one changing space.

Parking: There is no dedicated parking at the venue, but there is street parking nearby. There are four Blue Badge parking sites nearby on Piccadilly and Dale Street, with a maximum stay of two hours.
Accessibility: There is lift access available to all areas of the building. Loading Bay is designed as an accessible and inclusive space, featuring step-free access, wheelchair and carer spaces on the ground floor of the theatre, and lift access to the gallery and basement levels. Mobility scooters can be parked in the yard, and front of house staff are available to assist with finding a suitable location. An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor. Guide Dogs and Hearing Dogs for the Deaf are warmly welcomed.

Cubby Broccoli Cinema is located on Level 1. Wheelchair access requires use of the main museum lift. If you are visiting the cinema after the museum closes at 17.00 and require lift access, please let a member of staff know.
From the cinema doors, there is a ramped entrance/exit to the auditorium and seating for four wheelchair users.
There are no toilets on Level 1—the nearest are on Level 0, accessible via the lift.
The cinema doors require a code in order to be opened from the outside. If you need to leave the cinema during a film, please inform a member of staff, so they can let you back in to the cinema.
