Dan Shepherd is Co-Founder of Wonderful Recruitment and Development, a London-based recruitment, development and learning organisation, working internationally within Publishing, Licensing, and Events.
Prior to starting Wonderful, Dan spent more than two decades in publishing, with a career that started in production at DK Publishing through an internship, before moving into sales and eventually becoming Deputy Group Sales Director at Penguin. He later returned to DK Publishing as Global Sales and Marketing Director, before serving as CEO of Igloo Books. Dan has always been passionate about supporting career development across the creative industries, so he and his fellow co-founder, Dean Chance started Wonderful Recruitment & Development to be the partner for hiring managers, candidates, and employees that they always wanted when they worked in the industry themselves.
