Join us for BLF’s annual comedy evening, featuring some of the best comedians in the UK, all set to bring the laughs.
Headlining is TV’s brilliantly funny Jessica Fostekew and a stellar lineup of rising comedy stars. This year’s host is Bradford’s own Tez Ilyas, bringing his signature wit to the stage.
Celebrate the weekend with this sure-fire night of hilarity – this is an event not to be missed!

About the Comedians

Tez Ilyas
The star of Man Like Mobeen (BBC Three) and Live at The Apollo (BBC Two), Tez has also appeared on, The Last Leg (Channel 4), Mock the Week (BBC Two) and The Apprentice: You’re Fired (BBC Two).

Scott Bennett
In 2023 Scott recorded his first Radio 4 special Stuff for BBC Radio 4 and in the same year he supported Mickey Flanagan on tour including a 10,000 seat arena show in Nottingham.
In 2021 he recorded his debut for Live at the Apollo BBC1. Then in 2024 he performed on The Royal Variety Performance live and in 2025 he was on the lineup for the Teenage Cancer Trust charity show, both at Royal Albert Hall. You will have heard him as a regular guest on BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz, The Now Show, The Likely Dads and Elephant in the Room with Sarah Millican. He also appeared on The Summer Festival with Daliso Chaponda, The Comedy Club with Arthur Smith, and Knock Knock with Helen Lederer. In 2018, he also featured on the BBC One show, Live from The Edinburgh Fringe.

Jessica Fostekew
Jessica Fostekew is a comedian, actor and writer whose stand up show, Hench was nominated for the 2019 Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Show. It’s now available as a stand up special on Amazon Prime and has been adapted into the BBC R4 stand up special – Sturdy Girl Club which has been commissioned for a second series. Jessica’s has appeared on numerous entertainment shows such as, BBC2’s Live at The Apollo, QI, Richard Osman’s House of Games and many more. She is also a regular co-host of The Guilty Feminist (podcast with 60 million+ downloads) and host and creator of foodie hit and new chart-topping pod, “Hoovering”. Jessica will also be featuring in season two of World’s Most Dangerous Roads for Dave. Jessica has co-written and stars in ‘Real Friends’, a new special for Sky Shorts and has several scripted projects in development.

Kyrah Gray
South London born and raised, Kyrah began her comedy career in 2019 during her last year of university. Her rise on the comedy circuit has been impactful, securing impressive gigs at comedy clubs across the UK. Kyrah has since graced the prestigious O2 Arena stage as part of Mo Gilligan’s Black British Takeover, as well as supporting Axel Blake, Tom Davis, Guz Khan, Judi Love, Romesh Ranganathan, Russell Kane and others on their most recent tours.
Beyond live performances, Kyrah has a huge online presence and has performed for Comedy Central Live and BBC 1Xtra’s Comedy Gala, with her stand-up clips reaching millions of views on TikTok. She has starred in Netflix’s YouTube sketch What Would You Do? with Harry Pinero and featured in Nines’ Crop Circle 2 film.
Kyrah’s skillful comedic voice has landed her a seat in the writer’s room for hit shows Bad Education and Rosie Jones’ Out of Order. She’s also developing her own scripts and a podcast.
