About the Speaker

Shaykh Haroon Hanif
Haroon Hanif embarked on his studies two decades ago in Liverpool before journeying to France for a year of Arabic study. In Syria, he immersed himself in Islamic studies under esteemed scholars like Shaykh Saeed Ramadan al-Buti for three years, earning authorization in Quranic recitation. Since 2010, he’s served as a Resident Teacher at Greensville Trust in Liverpool, instructing on Micro Madrasa and Arabic Madrasa courses. Hanif has translated various traditional Islamic texts into English and authored a notable work on the Quran.
