Description
Long before the rise of modern self-help and psychology, scholars were already asking: what does it mean to live a fulfilled life?
In this reflective talk, Mohammed Isaaq draws on Imam al-Ghazali’s Alchemy of Happiness to explore enduring questions around happiness, sorrow, love and meaning. Rooted in the classical Islamic tradition, the text offers a deeply holistic understanding of the human condition, one that speaks as powerfully today as it did centuries ago.
Through this lens, the session invites audiences to reconsider where true fulfilment comes from, and what it means to live with purpose in a fast-paced, distraction-filled world.
