Professor Alex Conner

Alex Conner: How to get stuff done with ADHD

Description

Following the success of his popular 2025 event ADHD Unwrapped, Alex Conner returns with a practical and empowering session exploring how people with ADHD can work with their brains, rather than against them.

Dr Alex Conner is co-founder of the award-winning charity ADHDadultUK and co-host of The ADHD Adults, one of the UK’s most popular ADHD podcasts. In this accessible and insightful talk, he examines common challenges, including overwhelm, procrastination and burnout, while offering realistic strategies centred on energy management, motivation and self-compassion.

Designed for people with ADHD, those exploring a diagnosis and anyone supporting neurodivergent individuals, this session offers thoughtful, achievable tools to help reframe productivity and navigate everyday life with greater understanding and confidence.
