Petal to Paper: Crepe Paper Flower Masterclass

Age restriction notice: 12+ only

Description

Discover the art of paper flower making in this hands-on workshop inspired by a centuries-old tradition. Guided step by step, you’ll learn how to transform crepe paper into a delicate, lifelike orchid using simple shaping, stretching and colouring techniques, creating a beautiful flower to take home.

Originating in ancient China, paper crafting later spread across the world and became especially popular in Eastern Europe, where paper flowers decorated homes, church altars and traditional celebrations. In Ukraine, they were woven into floral wreaths worn by girls.

No experience is needed, just creativity and a willingness to try something new.

All materials are provided.

Suitable for adults and teens, please ensure you book a ticket for every member of your party.
