Description
Designed as a supportive and practical session, this talk offers tools to better understand imposter syndrome and build confidence in both personal and professional settings.
Join speaker and facilitator Kate Atkin as she introduces the causes and triggers behind imposter syndrome and shares practical strategies for recognising and challenging imposter thinking. Through discussion and reflection, we explore how confidence develops and how self-doubt can sometimes play a positive role in growth.
Many people experience imposter syndrome at some point in their lives, yet it can be difficult to recognise what it is and how it differs from normal self-doubt. This interactive talk explores why imposter feelings arise and how they shape the way we see ourselves and our abilities.
