Description
A century after her birth, Marilyn Monroe remains one of the most recognisable figures in cinema history, yet the woman behind the image is still too often obscured by myth.
This new feature documentary explores Monroe’s life, career and enduring legacy, tracing her journey from a troubled childhood to global stardom through rare archival footage and expert insight. Moving beyond the familiar iconography, it reveals a complex, gifted performer whose influence continues to shape cinema, celebrity and popular culture.
Presented as a UK premiere, this screening is a timely chance to reconsider Monroe not simply as an icon, but as an artist whose work and legacy still resonate.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Suzie Kennedy, who appears in the film and is internationally recognised for her work portraying Monroe across stage, screen and live appearances.
Runtime: 50 minutes.
