Back by popular demand, our flagship Evening of Comedy returns, bigger and better than ever in the fantastic setting of the Alhambra Studio. For this stand-out event, we have gathered some of the very best and brightest comedians working the UK circuit.

Your host for the evening, the inimitable Maureen Younger, will introduce you to none other than Inder Manocha, critically acclaimed for his 2014 Edinburgh Fringe show White Man’s Burden, stand-up, impressionist and beatboxer extraordinaire, Stefano Paolini, and the award-winning tour de force of stage and screen, Jo Enright.

So sit down, get comfortable and prepare yourself for a night of belly laughs and brilliant entertainment.

Maureen Younger

An experienced comedian both in the UK and abroad, Maureen Younger, is known for her quick wit and sharp audience interaction. In the UK, she is the only female comedian who performs regularly at mainstream, urban and gay comedy nights. She is also the driving force behind the MY Comedy nights.

About The Speakers

Jo Enright

Besides being a highly acclaimed stand up comedian, Jo Enright has appeared alongside Peter Kay in Phoenix Nights, with Steve Coogan in I’m Alan Partridge and played the female lead, Sue in Life’s Too Short, directed by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant.  Jo has recently received rave reviews for the part of Angela in The Job Lot.

Inder Manocha

Inder Manocha has performed stand-up at all the major comedy clubs. He is a past winner of the Ethnic Multi-cultural Media Award for Comedy, and his 2014 Edinburgh Festival show White Man’s Burden was critically acclaimed.

Stefano Paolini

Stefano Paolini is a stand up comedian who performs impressions, characters and beatboxing. He is a popular face on the national and international comedy circuit, as well as doing voices-overs on radio, television and online. He has also appeared on various radio shows including Dead Ringers and Loose Ends.
