Description

Baby yoga is a wonderful way for parents to boost their own health and wellbeing and bond with their babies.

This class is designed using standard yoga moves adapted specifically for babies and is suitable for anyone including those new to yoga. There are two sessions available tailored around the age and ability of your baby. You can take the session at your own pace and pick up some simple exercises that you and your little one can both do at home.

We recommend that your baby has bare feet for the class and please bring along a simple shawl or blanket if you can.

Please book separate tickets for yourself and any children attending.

Suitable for ages 12 weeks to pre-crawlers
