We’re delighted to welcome Times bestselling author Bolu Babalola, whose novel Honey & Spice has earned rave reviews and been shortlisted for Debut Fiction Book of the Year at this year’s British Book Awards. Rising star Bolu will be joined by her literary agent and publisher who’ll share insights into her inspiring journey from manuscript to Nibbies shortlistee.
Run by The Bookseller, the British Book Awards is the industry’s largest celebration of books, showcasing the titles that made headlines and stirred imaginations, alongside the industry professionals that work tirelessly and creatively to bring them to readers. Bolu Babalola
Bolu Babalola is the author of the Sunday Times bestselling and Waterstones Book of the year shortlisted collection, Love in Colour. She is a London-based writer, and lover of love. In 2016, she was shortlisted in 4thEstate’s B4ME competition for her short story ‘Netflix & Chill’, a hilarious teen romance and since then, she has worked as a writer for books and TV and as a cultural commentator, where she calls herself a ‘romcomoisseur’.
