Description
Across many intellectual and spiritual traditions, the heart has been understood as more than a seat of emotion: it is a source of insight, wisdom and understanding.
Shaykh Habib Ali Zaenal Abidin, prominent Islamic scholar, preacher and Chairman of the Ar-Ri’ayah Foundation, joins us to discuss the heart as a vessel of knowledge and a path to deeper understanding.
This conversation explores how knowledge is cultivated through reflection, character and spiritual development, and what these traditions might offer in an age increasingly defined by information rather than wisdom.
