Misan Harriman

Screening: Misan Harriman: Shoot The People

Description

Join us on the UK and Irish release day of SHOOT THE PEOPLE for a special screening of this timely and thought-provoking documentary.

Arriving just days after Misan Harriman’s appearance at Bradford Literature Festival’s Free Word lecture on 5 July, this screening offers audiences the opportunity to engage more deeply with the work and ideas of one of the most influential photographers and activists working today.

Through Harriman’s extraordinary images and personal story, the film explores the intersection of art, protest and social change, asking how photography can bear witness to history and inspire action.

Audiences attending the 5 July lecture will find this screening a powerful companion event.
