Friends and passionate cooks, Mousawi and Azzam met with women in the Middle East and Europe to collect recipes and listen to their journeys. The result is a gorgeous cookbook that not only showcases the best of Syrian cooking, but also recreates a sense of home, centred around the kitchen.
