Take time to pause and reset with this guided yin yoga session designed to ease both body and mind. 

Led by Rebecca Riley of Yoga Limba, this 60-minute session introduces a series of slow, floor-based stretches held for extended periods to encourage relaxation, release tension and support a sense of balance and calm. Suitable for all levels of experience, yin yoga offers a quiet and restorative space within the energy of the festival programme. 

Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, this session provides an opportunity to unwind and reconnect before the week continues. 

Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat. This event is suitable for ages 16+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
